Live-In Female Professional Companion/Caregiver needed for a healthy, active 87 year old woman (looks like she's 70). Our mother has Alzheimer's (memory loss), she needs reminders to eat, shower, get dressed etc. She walks every day, swims, does exercise classes etc. in Great Barrington, Massachusetts (2.5 hours north of NYC); speaks English & French. The job would include shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, outings, activities, walks, social/senior center and medication. We have a wonderful caregiver now and are looking for the perfect replacement. Make her home into your long term home with private bedroom and bathroom in this country village; lots of walks, gardening, cooking, swimming; library, shops, post office, banks, community college (English lessons, etc.) walking distance from house.
