Job Overview
We run our own delivery fleet and are looking for a dependable driver to lead and execute deliveries of finished cabinetry to job sites throughout the region.
You'll be out in the field every day, coordinating with job site contacts, managing your loads, and making sure every cabinet arrives on time and in perfect condition. We need someone who takes ownership of their route, communicates well, and knows how to handle the unexpected without needing their hand held.
Responsibilities
• Safely operate a 24-ft box truck and commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries (no CDL required)
• Load, secure, transport, and offload finished cabinetry - protecting product from damage at all times
• Load and unload cabinets using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes for efficiency
• Supervise deliveries and oversee any additional crew or helpers on site
• Verify orders against manifests and confirm accurate, complete drop-offs
• Serve as a professional, customer-facing representative at developer and contractor job sites
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, road-ready, and inspection-compliant condition
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, stock movement, and organizing shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to optimize load planning and delivery routes
