Job Description
Objectives:
Provide product support services that satisfy the expectations of OKNA dealers and customers.
Requirements:
Maintain expertise in the OKNA product line to be able to assist customers in usage and troubleshooting problems. Candidates should have:
• Strong communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving abilities
• Ability to handle stress to operate under deadlines
• Team collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
A customer service representative would have the following responsibilities:
• Work with our dealers and customers to properly identify and resolve product issues,
• Maintain an efficient process of managing service requests to maximize customer satisfaction and minimalize the costs associated with completing service orders,
• Evaluate returned products to determine the cause of the return. Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires,
• Represent the opinions and suggestions of the customers to the company so the company has feedback from its customers Complete required action and process service order timely, in accordance with the establish policies and needs of our customers.
Experience:
• Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
